Give Local York is May 3rd, and we are asking you to join us in our efforts to make this the most awesome day of giving York County has ever seen! Can you take five minutes to give to Easterseals Western and Central PA and share this request on your social networks? After that, you can kick back and put your legs up. Together let’s see how high the giving can go for our York community! Together we can make a HUGE difference. Together we can take a historical step forward for our neighborhoods in the York region. Annette Shearman, Director of Programs at our Easterseals Western and Central (Johnstown) Speech and Hearing Offices shares information on National Speech-Language-Hearing Month. May is dedicated to educating others about the importance of human communication, as well as what we can all do to prevent and address communication disorders. This year's theme, "Building Connections," couldn't be more relevant, as pandemic-related restrictions have been limiting our social interactions over the past several years. Thanks for the info, Annette. Questions? Contact Annette at ashearman@eastersealswcpenna.org. Take time to take care and hear!
